Présence dans le détroit

Occasional during its circular movements over the Atlantic Ocean, seen when migrating from seas E of North America to breeding sites in the South Atlantic. Records in August (2), September (3), October (1) and a late one in January (1).

Identification

Dark cap and bill, pale collar and lower parts more marked than Cory’s Shearwater. Belly and shoulders appear oil-stained. Dark area on armpits.
